NOVELTY - A method for uniformly dispersing graphene in epoxy resin comprises taking 1-5:1 mass ratio of graphene and polyvinyl pyrrolidone to prepare 0.01-0.5 g/mL aqueous dispersion, ultrasonicating, standing, performing centrifugal separation, taking supernatant, freeze drying to obtain graphene nano-solid containing polyvinyl pyrrolidone, dispersing in 0.01-0.8 wt.% ethanol, stirring, adding into resin system, stirring, and drying. USE - Method for uniformly dispersing graphene in epoxy resin. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes uniform dispersion of the graphene in the composite epoxy resin matrix, and improves resin casting body mechanical properties and composite material performance.
