NOVELTY - A porous hetero nanostructure comprises at least two graphene oxide units spaced apart from each other, gelatin which connects the two or more graphene oxide units to each other, and pores provided between the two or more graphene oxide units. The graphene oxide unit comprises a graphene oxide sheet, one or more nano holes formed in the graphene oxide sheet and metal particles located in at least one of the one or more nano holes. The gelatin is bonded to the surface of the graphene oxide sheet and the graphene oxide units are connected to each other to form a three-dimensional structure. USE - Porous hetero nanostructure is used in lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The porous hetero nanostructure has wide specific surface area, improved conductivity, can shorten the movement of the lithium cation in the battery. The lithium ion battery including the porous hetero nanostructure has improved ion conductivity, high-capacity characteristics and high-rate stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) lithium ion battery; and (2) preparation of porous hetero nanostructure, which involves forming graphene oxide aerogel having a three-dimensional structure, mixing with a catalyst (a) and catalyst (b), and irradiating microwave to form one or more nano holes.
