NOVELTY - The equipment has a pre reaction device, conical grinding high pressure stripping device, air flow classification system and a recovery system. The pre reaction device comprises a microwave preheating device, intercalation liquid adding device, mixing device, centrifugal separator and drying apparatus. The preheating device is connected to graphite raw material through a straight discharge port. The intercalation liquid is added through the feed port. The drying device is connected with a conical grinding and high-pressure stripping device through a catheter. USE - Complete set of equipment in dry state of conical grinding exfoliation of graphene for solar cells, sensor, nano-electronics and high-performance nano-electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The is efficient and has environmentally friendly production, lacks defects, has good conductivity.
