DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene polymer material involves adding maleic anhydride, dispersing agent, acetic acid vinyl in 80-100 times of butyl acetate, and stirring uniformly. The azodiisobutyronitrile added and nitrogen is introduced. The mixture is stirred , and heated at 70-76 degrees C for 4-7 hours. The mixture is filtered and precipitate is dried at 50-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours in vacuum, and cooled to room temperature to obtain anhydride polymer. The graphene oxide is added to 50-70 times of anhydrous ethanol, treating ultrasonically for 3-4 minutes. The triethylamine is added and temperature is raised to 60-65 degrees C. The mixture is stirred with 1600-2000 revolution per minute speed for 1-2 hours. The mixture is distilled to remove ethanol, and dried in vacuum at 100-120 degrees C for 40-50 minutes to obtain amine graphene. The anhydride polymer is added in 100-120 times of de-ionized water, stirred and heated at 60-70 degrees C for 4-5 hours. The solution is filtered, washed and dried at normal temperature to obtain hydrolysis of polymer. The hydrolyzed polymer is added in 3-5 times of sulfoxide chloride, stirred and reacted for 1-2 hours. The solution is distilled to remove thionyl chloride, and dried at normal temperature to obtain acid chloride polymer. The acyl chlorinated polymer, graphene mixed is added in amine and 10-24 times of mixed material, stirred and reacted with N-methyl morpholine for 10-16 hours. The is washed with water, and dried at normal temperature to obtain graphene doping condensation polymer. The ethylene glycol, terephthalic acid is added in 2-3:1 ratio into reaction kettle. The nitrogen gas is introduced, and temperature is raised to 230-250 degrees C with 0.2-0.3 megapascal pressure to undergo esterification reaction for 2-3 hours. The tetrahydroxymethyl is added, and stirred at normal temperature. The discharge is dried at 70-80 degrees C to obtain phosphorus iso-thiocyanates monomer. The graphene doping condensation polymer, phosphorus acid iso-thiocyanates monomer is added into reaction kettle, and nitrogen is introduced. The temperature is increased to 270-300 degrees C for 4-6 hours. The discharge is cooled to obtain doped inflaming and retarding graphene polymer material. The ratio of maleic anhydride, dispersant, vinyl acetate, azo-bis-iso-butyrynitrile, graphene oxide, triethylamine, terephthalic acid, and tetrahydroxymethyl is 3-5:0.1-0.2:10-14:0.4-0.6:30-37:2-4:370-400:4-7.
