NOVELTY - Reference electrode comprises substrate, electrode layer which is present on the substrate and graphene oxide film which is formed on the electrode layer. USE - The electrode is useful in electrochemical sensor for detecting water quality (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode maintains voltage stable for a long time.
