NOVELTY - A release agent comprises 5-15 pts. wt. demolding powder, 1-10 pts. wt oil, 0.1-1 pts. wt. emulsifying agent, 70-90 pts. wt. solvent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. de-foaming agent and 0.1 -5 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Release agent for separating valid and sand mold directly contact on the hard coating surface of cavity. ADVANTAGE - The release agent has better ductility and high adhesive force. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing release agent, which involves mixing demolding powder, oil, emulsifying agent, de-foaming agent, solvent and graphene together to obtain finished product.
