NOVELTY - Transferring graphene involves providing soft paraffin, such as petroleum jelly as transfer medium; synthesizing graphene by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) on copper substrates which is layered with soft paraffin; etching copper substrate by etchant; transferring to donor substrate, such as quartz, silicone dioxide (SiO2) and silicon (Si); dissolving paraffin; leaving graphene on donor substrate; contacting between transfer layers which are ensured by dissolution of paraffin; and eradicating gas, water pockets, and residual water. USE - Method for transferring graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method for transferring graphene is straight forward and cost-effective.
