NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene based lubricating oil by micro blasting dispersion of graphene comprises dispersing graphene, mixed solvent, dispersant and foaming agent at mass ratio of 3-15:50-200:2-8:3-15 to obtain slurry, performing ultrasonic dispersion of slurry and nano silicon carbide at mass ratio of 70-120:5-50, freeze-drying to obtain dry powder, dispersing dry powder and basic lubricating oil at mass ratio of 1-5:80-150, heating, grinding, adding antioxidant, mixing and adding defoamer. USE - The method is for preparation of graphene based lubricating oil by micro blasting dispersion of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The graphene based lubricating oil has small friction coefficient, high thermal conductivity, high stability, good compatibility, small friction coefficient and good protection effect on mechanical components, removes heat generated in friction process and prolongs service life of mechanical components.
