▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Yellow luminescent graphene quantum dots (YGQDs) are fabricated from unburnt coal waste, and at a concentration of 17.5 millimolar exhibit selective superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. The yellow luminescent graphene quantum dots at 22 millimolar in lipopolysaccharide (LPS) generated reactive oxygen species (ROS) shows -50% scavenging activity. The yellow luminescent graphene quantum dots show cell survival of 65%,78% and 96% in a dose dependent manner at 6.25 millimolar, 12.5 millimolar and 15 millimolar respectively towards in-vivo induced oxidative stress. The YGQDs retains enzyme mimetic activity for a time span of 5-7 months. USE - Yellow luminescent graphene quantum dots (YGQDs) as nanozymes for neuronal stress suppression. ADVANTAGE - The yellow luminescent graphene quantum dots suggested higher substrate affinity compared SOD, endowing them act SOD mimics viz. degrading the oxygen (O2°) free radicals.
