NOVELTY - Multi-analyte electrochemical detection kit for hepatocellular carcinoma and system comprises single strip characterized by optimized detection of hepatocellular carcinoma biomarkers, such as alpha - fetoprotein (AFP), GCP, osteopontin (OPN) and Midkine; multi-electrodes in direct contact with sample; micro fluidic sensors adapted to provide optimized voltametric detection; device characterized by slot for strip for performing electrochemical reaction. USE - Multi-analyte electrochemical detection kit for hepatocellular carcinoma and system. ADVANTAGE - The kit enables to miniaturized universal platform, needs small quantity of analyte, suitable for routine checks as well as preventive checks, access to rural areas easier as skilled personnel not required and no specific conditions are needed to run test, has good specificity and easily portable at affordable cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for multi-analyte electrochemical detection for hepatocellular carcinoma, which involves placing sample, preferably blood, in sample reservoir; flowing sample with help of capillaries tilted at angle of 5 degrees for flow of analytes towards micro fluidic sensors; applying potential by system; incubating sample for 25-30 minutes; detecting concentration of analyte in sample; displaying concentration of analytes in sample on system; and (2) a system for multi-analyte electrochemical detection for hepatocellular carcinoma, which consists of communication device selected from smartphone, and tablet; mobile app, which have ability to compute, analyse, and display results on communication device; cloud server for storing, analysing, and communicating relevant data from end users to clinicians.
