NOVELTY - A composite thin film comprises multi-walled carbon nanotube which is cut longitudinally by oxidizing method and form into graphene oxide nanobelt of belt-shaped structure. The graphene oxide nanobelt is used to make the composite thin film. USE - Composite thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent barrier properties and mechanical properties, and can maintain a certain degree of transparency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite thin film comprising: (A) dissolving polymer in the solvent, and swelling at 80-100 degrees C in blasting drying box for 12 hours; (B) dissolving the graphene oxide nanobelt in the solvent, 100 W ultrasonically dispersing at 100 W for 20-30 minutes; (C) dispersing the polymer solution and oxide graphene nanobelt mixture uniformly, ultrasonically dispersing at 100 W for 1-5 hours, stirring for 1-3 hours, and forming paste liquid; and (D) placing the glass plate of the paste liquid on the coating machine, using the wet film preparation device at 0.10 plus minus 0.01 mm of film thickness, and placing the glass plate on the vacuum drying tank of 60-65 degrees C in vacuum to remove the solvent, drying at 70-80 degrees C room temperature for 4-8 hours, removing the film, and obtaining the composite thin film.
