NOVELTY - High temperature resistant epoxy putty comprises main resin and an amine curing agent in a mass ratio of 90-110:7-9. USE - High temperature resistant epoxy putty for repairing concave portion of the cabin exterior surface and the joint of the cabin body, etc. (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high temperature resistant epoxy putty uses silicone resin and epoxy resin for modification, and uses nitrided nano-ceramic powder as fillers that ensures the comprehensive properties of putty, such as scratchability, sandability, heat resistance, heat insulation, and environmental resistance. It effectively increases the density of the cabin heat-proof coating, and solve the problem of repairing the heat-proof coating of a certain type of projectile. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing high temperature resistant epoxy putty, which involves mixing the heat-resistant paint, silicone resin, epoxy resin, and nitrided nano ceramic powder, adding solvent, placing the mixture into a three-roll mill for roller milling for 2 hours to prepare the main resin of high temperature resistant epoxy putty; and separately packaging the curing agent and mixing it with the main resin; and (2) a method for using high temperature resistant epoxy putty, which involves uniformly mixing the main resin and curing agent of the high temperature resistant epoxy putty on the scraper, and using the scraper to turn back and forth; scraping the parts that need to be repaired, such as the concave portion of the cabin exterior surface and the joint of the cabin body, drying after each scraping, and scraping again to ensure that the outer surface of the putty layer is dense and smooth; curing at 80 degrees C for 6 hours, or curing at 25-35 degrees C for more than 48 hours; and smoothening by grinding.
