NOVELTY - Preparing graphene comprises e.g. (i) mixing high-purity expanded graphite, anionic related surfactant, dispersant, defoamer and solvent, and stirring mechanically, (ii) crushing the mixed slurry, and drying, (iii) laying in the low temperature device, blowing crushed particles onto the gold wax alcohol surface through blowing mechanism, sticking, and dropping the other crushed particles, (iv) placing the mixture in a deionized water and ethanol, gradually heating solution of deionized water and ethanol, and volatilizing, filtering and drying to obtain high-purity graphite powder. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method has low cost, and high efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene comprises (i) mixing high-purity expanded graphite, anionic related surfactant, dispersant, defoamer and solvent, placing in the reactor and stirring mechanically for 30-120 minutes to obtain mixed slurry, (ii) crushing the mixed slurry, placing in a oven for drying at 100-150 degrees C to obtain solid, crushing the above mentioned solid to obtain crushed particles with particle size of less than 100 mu m, (iii) laying in the low temperature device, placing flattened cetyl alcohol vertically, blowing crushed particles onto the gold wax alcohol surface through blowing mechanism, sticking the crushed particles to the cetyl alcohol surface, and dropping the other crushed particles, (iv) quickly removing the cetyl alcohol with crushed particles from the cryogenic device, placing the mixture in a deionized water and ethanol, gradually heating solution of deionized water and ethanol, and volatilizing the cetyl alcohol, suspending the crush particles in cetyl alcohol on the surface of a mixture of deionized water and ethanol, filtering and drying to obtain high-purity graphite powder.
