▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-based/aluminum phosphate composite coating modified high nickel ternary cathode material, is claimed. The graphene oxide/aluminum phosphate in-situ composite solution prepared by using graphene oxide, deionized water, aluminum salt solution, and phosphoric acid solution as the coating material to wash and coating the high-nickel ternary cathode material to obtain product. USE - Used as graphene-based/aluminum phosphate composite coating modified high nickel ternary cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The material: avoids the formation of aluminum phosphate island structure on the surface of high nickel ternary materials in conventional coating method; is not easy fall off coating layer; and reduces the activity and residual lithium amount.
