▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Microencapsulated flame retardant with anti-oxidation function comprises a core layer and a shell layer structure, where the core layer structure is a flame retardant, and the shell layer structure is a silane coupling agent is grafted antioxidant, and the mass ratio of the core layer and the shell structure is 10:1.5-4.2. USE - The microencapsulated flame retardant is useful in building, transportation, chemical engineering, mechanical, and communication fields. No biological data given. ADVANTAGE - The micro-capsule flame retardant has long-term migration resistance, excellent flame retardant and function anti-oxidant preventing separation, so as to satisfy the requirement of long term flame-retardant and anti-aging performance of the high molecular material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing microencapsulated flame retardant with antioxidant function comprising firstly hydrolyzing and then grafting comprising following routes: (i.a) using flame retardant as raw material, adding the mixed solvent of silane precursor 1 and water and ethanol into the reaction system, adjusting pH value to 10, adding OP-10 emulsifier, raising the temperature to 40-60℃ and reacting for 4-8 hours, cooling to room temperature after finishing reaction, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the solid product SiFR, (i.b) taking 3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl propionic acid or 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzoic acid as raw material, adding thionyl chloride and solvent into the reaction system, raising the temperature to 40-60℃ in the nitrogen atmosphere, reacting for 4-8 hours, after finishing reaction, cooling to room temperature, rotary steaming and recycling solvent to obtain viscous liquid product R1-Cl, (i.c) dispersing the solid product SiFR in the solvent, adding triethylamine as acid-binding agent, then dripping the product R1-Cl to obtain the system, raising the temperature to 40-60℃ and reacting for 4-8 hours, under the nitrogen atmosphere, cooling to room temperature after finishing reaction, filtering and washing and drying to obtain the product MCFR; and (2) preparing microencapsulated flame retardant with antioxidant function comprising firstly grafting and then hydrolyzing comprising following routes: (ii.a) using R2-H or R1-Cl as the raw material, adding the silane precursor 2 and the solvent into the reaction system, raising the temperature to 40-60℃ in a nitrogen atmosphere and reacting for 4-8 hours, after the reaction is completed, cooling to room temperature, rotary steaming and recycling solvent to obtain viscous liquid product, (ii.b) taking flame retardant as raw material, adding the mixed solvent of the product, water and ethanol into the reaction system, adjusting the pH value to 10, adding OP-10 emulsifier, raising the temperature to 40-60℃ and reacting for 4-8 hours, cooling to room temperature after finishing reaction, filtering and washing and drying, drying the obtained product in the oven at 60℃ to constant weight to obtain the product MCFR.
