NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene composite ultrafiltration membrane by making casting solution from cellulose acetate in alkyl ammonium hydroxide; casting the casting solution into a flat film on the glass plate, putting water, and washing to obtain flat membrane; adding carboxylated graphite aqueous solution of potassium permanganate, ultrasonically processing to obtain graphene mixed solution; and adding glutaraldehyde solution to the flat membrane and graphene mixed solution, heating, standing, and drying to obtain the membrane. USE - Method for preparing graphene composite ultrafiltration membrane used for wastewater treatment. ADVANTAGE - The method can prepare graphene composite ultrafiltration membrane having long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene composite ultrafiltration membrane comprises: (A) dissolving the cellulose acetate in alkyl ammonium hydroxide, heating at 70-80 degrees C, adding Tween (RTM: polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester), polyethylene glycol, and cellulose acetate, where the mass ratio of cellulose acetate to alkyl ammonium hydroxide is 1-2:6, and the mass ratio of Tween (RTM: polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester), polyethylene glycol, and cellulose acetate is 1-2:17.3:24.8, and stirring for a period of time to prepare the casting solution; (B) casting the casting solution into a flat film on the glass plate, putting water, maintaining water temperature at 20-25 degrees C, after 15-20 minutes, washing with ethanol to obtain flat membrane; (C) adding 3-6 wt.% carboxylated graphite aqueous solution of potassium permanganate, ultrasonically processing for 30-60 minutes to obtain graphene mixed solution, the graphene in the mixed solution is 0.5-2 mass% of graphene mixed solution; and (D) adding glutaraldehyde solution to the flat membrane of step (B) and graphene mixed solution of step (C), heating at 50-60 degrees C, removing after 4-6 hours, adding 30-45 mass% ethanol aqueous solution, standing for 8-12 hours, and drying at low temperature to obtain the graphene composite ultrafiltration membrane.
