NOVELTY - The bracket has an outer sleeve plate (3) whose inner portion is provided with a photovoltaic plate (4). Two sides of the outer sleeve plate are hinged with a lower glass plate. A torsion spring of a hinged position of the lower glass plate and the outer sleeve plate. An outer side of the outer sleeve plate is provided with a sliding groove (5). An inner portion of the sliding groove is connected with a sliding rod. An outer side of the sliding rod is hinged with an upper glass plate (7) and the lower glass plate. An oxygenizing mechanism is fixed in the outer sleeve plate. The oxygenizing mechanism is driven by the sliding rod. An outer side of the oxygenizing mechanism is provided with a suction pipe (25). A bottom end of the suction pipe is inserted in the water. USE - Solar energy bracket for complementation of fishery and light.
