NOVELTY - Hardening method of superfine steel ball grinding abrasive tool comprises spraying adhesion layer material, grinding layer material and abrasive sizing agent on abrasive tool surface, (1) cleaning the surface of the abrasive body by ultrasonic waves, and keep the treatment time for at least 5 minutes, (2) the surface of the abrasive body after cleaning in step (1) is brushed to form an irregular texture on the surface, (3) spraying the adhesive layer material mixture quickly and evenly on the surface of the abrasive tool embryo treated in step 2, (4) the surface of the adhesion layer obtained by the treatment in step (3), subjecting to a roughening treatment again to form an irregular texture, (5) spray the mixture of the abrasive layer material on the surface of the adhesion layer obtained by the step (4) treatment, and the thickness of the formed coating is maintained at 2-5 mm, (6) spray the abrasive adhesive on the coating. USE - The method is useful for hardening method of superfine steel ball grinding abrasive tool. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the surface viscosity of the grinding layer and the grinding tool blank, prevents it from falling and improving durability in the grinding process, changes the grinding material to improve wear resistance of the grinding tool. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Hardening method of superfine steel ball grinding abrasive tool comprises spraying adhesion layer material, grinding layer material and abrasive sizing agent successively on abrasive tool surface, and described adhesion layer material adopts mass fraction to be 30-85% epoxy resin, 3-15% organic bentonite and 1-20% polyvinyl butyral, the viscosity of the adhesive layer material after mixing is 4000-9000 MPa.s, the abrasive layer materials are 30-75% titanium carbide powder, 30-50% silicon carbide powder and 5-15% graphene-like substances, and the abrasive adhesive is 15-50% clay, 2-10% hectorite, 15-35% boron glass and 5-12% alkali-free glass, the hardening method of the super-fine steel ball grinding tool, its concrete steps are: (1) cleaning the surface of the abrasive body by ultrasonic waves, and keep the treatment time for at least 5 minutes, (2) the surface of the abrasive body after cleaning in step (1) is brushed to form an irregular texture on the surface, (3) after that, spraying the adhesive layer material mixture quickly and evenly on the surface of the abrasive tool embryo treated in step (2), so that the formed thickness range is 5-10 mm, (4) the surface of the adhesion layer obtained by the treatment in step (3), subjecting to a roughening treatment again to form an irregular texture, (5) uniformly spray the mixture of the abrasive layer material on the surface of the adhesion layer obtained by the step (4) treatment, and the thickness of the formed coating is maintained at 2-5 mm, (6) uniformly spray the abrasive adhesive on the coating obtained in step (5), and the amount of the abrasive adhesive is at least 30% of the material of the abrasive layer, and then allowing to stand for 0.5-1 hour.
