NOVELTY - An electronic packaging material comprises a substrate comprising aluminum and aluminum alloy powders, and reinforcement comprising 0.5-3 wt.% graphene oxide, 35-65 wt.% silicon carbide particles and balance amount of aluminum alloy powder. The aluminum alloy powder contains 70 wt.% aluminum-silicon alloy, 10 wt.% aluminum-titanium-boron alloy, 10 wt.% aluminum-beryllium alloy and 10 wt.% aluminum powder. USE - Electronic packaging material used for military electronic equipment, portable device and aviation spaceflight. ADVANTAGE - The electronic packaging material ensures high thermal conductivity and improved performance.
