NOVELTY - Epoxy resin anticorrosive paint comprises component A and component B in a mass ratio of (5-8):1. The component A comprises 20-35 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 15-25 pts. wt. zinc powder, 0.2-2.5 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 12-30 pts. wt. filler, 3-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and 20-40 pts. wt. organic solvent filler which comprises titanium pigment, talcum powder, mica powder and feldspar powder, the filler comprises at least three kinds of granularity, respectively 1-70 μm, 80-120 μm and 130-200 μm, component B comprises 40-60 pts. wt. polyamide curing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. foamed graphene powder and 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - Epoxy resin anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy resin anticorrosive paint has effectively solve the problem of bad anti-corrosion performance of the existing anti-corrosive paint. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing epoxy resin anticorrosive paint, which involves (1) adding the zinc powder, silicon dioxide and filler in component A into the organic solvent and stirring well, then adding silane coupling agent to the mixture, stirring well, and finally adding epoxy resin, stirring well, and getting A material, (2) mixing the graphene foam powder in component B with the silane coupling agent, then adding polyamide curing agent to it, and continue mixing to obtain material B, and (3) mixing material A and material B to obtain the product.
