▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The detector (100) has a substrate (6) with front and back surfaces, and a lower insulating layer (4) that is provided on a surface of the substrate. A graphene layer (1) is provided on the lower insulating layer and an upper insulating layer so that two electrodes (2) are connected. A surface of the graphene layer on opposite side to the lower insulating layer is an electromagnetic wave entrance plane. The polarization value of the ferroelectric layer changes with the electromagnetic waves, and a voltage is applied to the graphene layer. USE - Electromagnetic wave detector of electromagnetic wave detector array (claimed) for detecting electromagnetic waves injected into graphene layer. ADVANTAGE - The taking-out efficiency of the photoelectric current is improved, and the detector is highly sensitive and the detection of large wavelength range electromagnetic waves is attained.
