NOVELTY - Liquid silicone rubber comprises methyl vinyl silicone rubber, dimethyl cyclosiloxane, polymethyl hydrogen siloxane, crosslinking agent, inhibitor, filler, tackifier and catalyst. USE - Liquid silicone rubber. ADVANTAGE - The liquid silicone rubber has simple and easy operation, good mechanical property, good flame retardance and insulating property, excellent thermal stability, chemical corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, improved dispersibility, increases substrate compatibility, brings good flame-retardance and insulation property, and improves mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing liquid silicon rubber, which involves: a. weighing methyl vinyl silicone rubber, dimethyl cyclosiloxane, polymethyl hydrogen siloxane, inhibitor and cross-agent, adding in rubber mixing device, mixing for 15-25 minutes at temperature of 62-70℃, adding filler, tackifier and catalyst, mixing for 40-80 minutes at 25-35℃ to obtain mixture; and b. filling mixture into mold, placing and curing for 10-20 hours at room temperature, after curing, discharging to obtain liquid silicon rubber.
