NOVELTY - Transferring graphene comprises spin-coating molten paraffin on graphene side of growth substrate/graphene, and cooling; spin-coating protective layer material on paraffin layer of composite structure to obtain growth substrate/graphene/paraffin/protective layer composite structure; using corrosive solution to remove growth substrate in composite structure; keeping composite structure in deionized water, and reducing wrinkles of graphene with high thermal expansion coefficient of paraffin wax; transferring graphene/paraffin/protective layer composite structure from water surface to target substrate, and drying on target substrate; using organic solvent that does not dissolve paraffin, and dissolving protective layer in target substrate/graphene/paraffin/protective layer composite structure to obtain target substrate/graphene/paraffin composite structure; keeping to remove graphene wrinkles; and using organic solvent to clean and remove paraffin layer, cleaning and drying. USE - The method is used for transferring graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Transferring graphene comprises spin-coating molten paraffin on graphene side of growth substrate/graphene, and cooling to obtain growth substrate/graphene/paraffin composite structure; spin-coating protective layer material on paraffin layer of composite structure to obtain growth substrate/graphene/paraffin/protective layer composite structure; using corrosive solution to remove growth substrate in composite structure to obtain graphene/paraffin/protective layer composite structure; keeping composite structure in deionized water at 35-45 degrees C for more than 1 hour, and reducing wrinkles of graphene with help of high thermal expansion coefficient of paraffin wax; transferring graphene/paraffin/protective layer composite structure from water surface to target substrate, and drying on target substrate to obtain target substrate/graphene/paraffin/protective layer composite structure; using organic solvent that does not dissolve paraffin, and dissolving protective layer in target substrate/graphene/paraffin/protective layer composite structure to obtain target substrate/graphene/paraffin composite structure; keeping at 35-45 degrees C for preset time to remove graphene wrinkles; and using organic solvent to clean and remove paraffin layer in target substrate/graphene/paraffin composite structure, cleaning and drying.
