NOVELTY - Outdoor pad is obtained by coating film with coating material, where coating material comprises 40-54 pts. wt. linear low-density polyethylene, 35-50 pts. wt. bio-based polybutylene succinate, 3-7 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate, and 12-18 pts. wt. phenolic resin. USE - The outdoor pad is useful for outdoor activities e.g. camping activities and picnic activities on weekends or holidays. ADVANTAGE - The outdoor pad: is easy to fold, lighter, more portable characteristics even if carrying multiple pieces, will not occupy space; has good waterproof and moisture-proof effect, higher toughness and peeling strength compared with general paper coating film used as disposable outdoor pad; and improves heat sealing property of raw paper and curtain coating material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing outdoor pad comprising (1) adding coating material in the high-speed mixer, stirring at 150-250℃ for 20-30 minutes, mixing, and maintaining at 150-250℃ that coating material is molten, (2) transporting molten material to extrusion die to be extruding and coating on transported base paper to form a coating layer, and (3) cooling and pressing base paper coated with coating layer into a composite roll with a pressure of 0.7-0.9 MPa and a cooling cylinder with a cooling water temperature of 10-15℃ to obtain an outdoor pad.
