NOVELTY - Graphene-reinforced anti-corrosive paint comprises 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 8-12 pts. wt. PVP, 5-8 pts. wt. pyrrole monomer, 80-100 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 1-2 pts. wt. ethylene glycol butyl ester, 3-5 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. emulsifier, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-1 pts. wt. defoamer, and 30-40 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Graphene-reinforced anti-corrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-reinforced anti-corrosive paint improves the anti-corrosion performance and dispersibility of the coating material, anti-corrosion and environment-friendly, without pollution, it can be applied to metal, concrete, wood object. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is claimed for a method for preparing graphene-reinforced anti-corrosive paint, which involves adding oxidized graphene, PVP, pyrrole monomer, ethylene glycol monobutylether, nano titanium dioxide into de-ionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 1-3 hours to obtain the dispersion A, mixing the aqueous epoxy resin, emulsifying agent, dispersant, antifoaming agent and stirring uniformly to obtain dispersion liquid B, stirring the dispersion liquid A and liquid B for 2-4 hours to obtain the finished product.
