▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Solar energy battery back film material comprises 70-80 pts. ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), 20-30 pts. polyuretahne (PU), 10-20 pts. polyphenylene ether (PPE), 1-3 pts. barium stearate, 5-10 pts. epichlorohydrin, 1-4 pts. silica, 3-9 pts. graphene, 2-6 pts. allyl sulfonate, 0.3-0.8 pts. primary antioxidant, 0.1-0.5 pts. secondary antioxidant, 5-10 pts. vinyl acetate, 2-6 pts. butyl rubber, 1-5 pts. acrylamide and 1-3 pts. triethylamine. USE - Used as solar energy battery back film material. ADVANTAGE - The film material has excellent aging resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-water vapor transmission and high breakdown voltage performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the back film material, comprising (i) adding EVA, PU, PPE, barium stearate, silica, graphene, allyl sulfonate, vinyl acetate, acrylamide and butyl rubber into the reactor, stirring at 70-80 degrees C for 40-60 minutes, then adding triethylamine, heating to 90-100 degrees C, and stirring for 30-50 minutes to obtain first material; (ii) adding the first material, epichlorohydrin, primary antioxidant and secondary antioxidants into a mixer, mixing evenly, then transferring into a high speed kneading machine, and kneading to obtain second material; and (iii) extruding the second material in a twin-screw extruder.
