▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The appliance has a glass-ceramic substrate (110) that is provided with a top surface for supporting cookware for heating and a bottom surface (114) opposite the top surface. Multiple thermoresistive heating elements (200) are mounted and spaced apart on the bottom surface of the glass-ceramic substrate. Each of multiple thermoresistive heating elements include graphene nanoparticles embedded in a ceramic matrix for generating heat upon application of electric current to the respective thermoresistive heating element. Each thermoresistive heating element is electrically connected to a power supply such that multiple thermoresistive heating elements are selectively activated to receive electric current to heat localized areas of the glass-ceramic substrate. USE - Electric cooking appliance such as radiant and non-radiant electric stove, cook-top, electric cooktop and radiant or non-radiant electric cooktop for cooking food. ADVANTAGE - The electric cooking appliance comprises a glass-ceramic substrate having a top surface for supporting cookware for heating, and a bottom surface opposite the top surface, and hence enhances the operational efficiency of the electric cooking appliances.
