▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing a fire-resistant and puncture-resistant heat-insulating decorative composite board, is claimed. The composite board comprises a vacuum insulation board layer, a functional layer and a protective layer, where an adhesive layer is provided between the functional layer and the vacuum insulation plate layer. The preparation method involves (i) preparing phenolic resin aerogel composite graphene and thermoplastic phenolic resin, adding a curing agent, uniformly mixing, and hot pressing, (ii) uniformly coating an adhesive on the two sides of the vacuum insulation board layer to form an adhesive layer, pasting the 2-layer functional layer on the outer side of the two adhesive layers, and uniformly pressurizing to obtain a double-layer functional layer composite vacuum insulation board layer structure, and (iii) coating graphene modified epoxy phenolic resin paint on the composite vacuum insulation board layer structure, and naturally drying to obtain finished board. USE - The method is useful for preparing a fire-resistant and puncture-resistant heat-insulating decorative composite board for a building. ADVANTAGE - The composite board has excellent puncture resistance, excellent flame retardant property and excellent anti-aging performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing a fire-resistant and puncture-resistant heat-insulating decorative composite board, is claimed. The composite board comprises a vacuum insulation board layer, a functional layer and a protective layer, where the functional layer is located on both sides of the vacuum insulation board layer, the protective layer is located on the both sides of the functional layer, the functional layer has a thickness of 20-80 mu m, and comprises a phenolic resin aerogel composite graphene filling phase and a matrix resin, the particle size of the phenolic resin aerogel in the filling phase is 20-1000 nm, which is uniformly coated on the surface of graphene, the matrix resin is a thermoplastic phenolic resin, and the mass ratio of the matrix resin and the filler phase is 1:(0.2-1), the protective layer is a graphene-modified epoxy phenolic resin paint with a thickness of 10-35 mu m, and an adhesive layer is provided between the functional layer and the vacuum insulation plate layer. The preparation method involves (i) preparing phenolic resin aerogel composite graphene and thermoplastic phenolic resin, adding a curing agent, uniformly mixing, and carrying out hot pressing at 120-160 degrees C to obtain a thickness of 20-80 mu m, (ii) uniformly coating an adhesive on the two sides of the vacuum insulation board layer to form an adhesive layer, pasting the 2-layer functional layer on the outer side of the two adhesive layers, and uniformly pressurizing for 0.5-5 hours to obtain a double-layer functional layer composite vacuum insulation board layer structure, and (iii) coating graphene modified epoxy phenolic resin paint on the composite vacuum insulation board layer structure, and naturally drying for 1-5 hours at 15-30 degrees C to obtain finished board.
