NOVELTY - Flexible flame-retardant silicon-free heat conduction gasket, comprises 4-8 pts.wt.polyacrylate; 0.1-0.3 pts.wt. photoinitiator; 0-0.05 pts.wt. auxiliary crosslinking agent; 1-5 pts.wt.toughening agent; 60-80 pts.wt.heat-conducting filler; 6-8 pts.wt.powder treating agent; 15-25 pts.wt. flame retardant, polyacrylate includes double-terminal acrylate-based heat-resistant structure. USE - Flexible flame-retardant silicon-free heat conduction gasket. ADVANTAGE - The silicon-free heat conduction gasket adopts polyacrylate with a heat-resistant structure, and is matched with the toughening agent and the powder treating agent in a proper proportion, the prepared silicon-free heat conduction gasket has the characteristics of high heat conduction, low hardness and good flame retardance, in addition, the silicon-free heat conduction gasket can be quickly cured and molded by adopting ultraviolet light, the preparation process is simple and efficient, used raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain, and the silicon-free heat conduction gasket has larger market space and application prospect.
