▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified polyacrylate flame retardant emulsion comprises (i) taking the emulsifier, adding water to mix, stirring and dissolving to obtain the emulsifier solution; (ii) dissolving the epoxy resin in the acrylic mixed monomer, adding half of the emulsifier solution to mix and carrying out pre-emulsification to obtain a pre-emulsion, where the acrylic acid mixed monomer comprises butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and styrene; (iii) taking part of the pre-emulsion, mixing with the other half of the emulsified solution agent and adding pH regulator to obtain the mixed solution, stirring, heating to a certain temperature, dripping the initiator solution into the mixed solution, heating continuously, after the system appears blue to obtain seed emulsion, maintaining the reaction continuously, adding the residual pre-emulsion, preserving temperature continuously and reacting; and (iv) cooling and adding pH regulator to adjust pH to 7-8. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified polyacrylate flame retardant emulsion is useful in a pressure-sensitive adhesive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is useful for preparing modified polyacrylate flame retardant emulsion with good heat-resistant performance, excellent adhesive property, weather resistance and film-forming performance, and improved flame retardant property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Modified polyacrylate flame retardant emulsion, prepared as mentioned above; Modified polyacrylate flame retardant pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises 30-40 pts. wt. modified polyacrylate flame retardant emulsion, 10-15 pts. wt. melamine, 15-20 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 15-20 pts. wt. dipentaerythritol, 1-5 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 1-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. diatomite, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. defoaming agent; and Preparing modified polyacrylate flame retardant pressure-sensitive adhesive, comprising (a) mixing and dispersing the modified polyacrylate flame retardant emulsion, dispersant and dispersant to obtain a mixed solution; and (b) grinding the melamine, dipentaerythritol, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide and diatomite, adding the mixed solution, stirring evenly and adding ammonium polyphosphate and graphene.
