NOVELTY - Lubricating oil composition comprises 0.1-5 wt.% graphene, 0.05-2 wt.% dispersant and lubricant. The dispersant comprises first dispersant and a second dispersant in weight ratio of 1:1-4:1. The first dispersant is selected from mono alkenyl succinimide, dialkenyl succinimide, polyenylsuccinimide and polyisobutylene succinimide. The second dispersant is selected from aluminum stearate, magnesium stearate or calcium stearate. USE - Lubricating oil composition used as abrasion and friction-reducing additive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lubricating oil composition has excellent dispersion stability, anti-settling performance and prepared in a simple and eco-friendly manner using wide source of raw materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing lubricating oil composition, which involves: (A) adding unprocessed modified graphene and dispersant into lubricating oil and mixing them uniformly; and (B) grinding and encapsulating the graphite lubricating oil coarse slurry to obtain the graphite lubricating oil composition.
