NOVELTY - Modified heavy anti-corrosive coating comprises 35-50 pts. wt. aqueous polyimide resin, 10-15 pts. wt. deionized water, 1-3 pts. wt. coating auxiliary agent, 1-5 pts. wt. lamellar graphene, 5-8 pts. wt. corrosion-resisting powder and 27-38 pts. wt. nano filler. The coating auxiliary agent is composed of 0.5-1 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. wetting and antifoaming agent, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. rheology auxiliary agent and 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. pH regulator. USE - The modified heavy anti-corrosive coating is useful for offshore wind turbine and steel pipe pile (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified heavy anti-corrosive coating: solves problems of short service life, poor comprehensive performance and inability to withstand the corrosion of typhoons, water currents and seawater in the existing product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified heavy anti-corrosive coating, comprising mixing deionized water, dispersant, wetting and antifoaming agent, lamellar graphene, corrosion-resisting powder, and nano-filler, grinding at 20-40 mu m, then adding aqueous polyimide resin and pH regulator, and then mixing with rheology auxiliary agent to obtain final product.
