NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional graphene microchip bioplastic reinforcing masterbatch comprises e.g. (1) adding inorganic nanoclay, acrylamide monomer, collagen and natural biological cross-linking agent to water, stirring to prepare mixed liquid, adding polydopamine-modified hydrophilic graphene microchip, and heating and stirring until uniformly dispersed; (2) first cooling, adding initiator and catalyst, allowing to stand and sealing reaction, carrying acrylamide monomer in situ polymerization between inorganic nanoclay layers, at the same time, and cross-linking the collagen by natural bio-crosslinking agent to prepare nano-composite three-dimensional gel containing graphene microchips; (3) dispersing the nanocomposite three-dimensional gel obtained in the step (2) in ferric hydroxide colloidal solution, freeze-drying, encapsulating three-dimensional gel with ferric hydroxide, and pulverizing into powder and (4) mixing powder with carrier resin and dispersing agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing three-dimensional graphene microchip bioplastic reinforcing masterbatch. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing three-dimensional graphene microchip bioplastic reinforcing masterbatch comprises (1) adding inorganic nanoclay, acrylamide monomer, collagen and natural biological cross-linking agent to water, stirring to prepare mixed liquid, adding polydopamine-modified hydrophilic graphene microchip, and heating and stirring until uniformly dispersed; (2) first cooling, adding initiator and catalyst, allowing to stand and sealing reaction, carrying acrylamide monomer in situ polymerization between inorganic nanoclay layers, at the same time, and cross-linking the collagen by natural bio-crosslinking agent to prepare nano-composite three-dimensional gel containing graphene microchips; (3) dispersing the nanocomposite three-dimensional gel obtained in the step (2) in ferric hydroxide colloidal solution, freeze-drying, encapsulating the three-dimensional gel with ferric hydroxide, and pulverizing into powder; and (4) mixing powder obtained in the step (3) with carrier resin and dispersing agent, extruding and granulating by extruder. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the three-dimensional graphene microchip bioplastic reinforcing masterbatch is prepared by above mentioned method.
