NOVELTY - Preparing graphene terylene functional fiber comprises drying polyester slice and graphene raw material by a drying device, where the drying time is controlled at 1.5-2 hours; placing the dried polyester slice and graphene raw material into a mixing device for uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain mixed raw material; introducing the mixed raw material, uniformly mixing into the stirring melting device, melting the mixed raw material at high temperature, uniformly fusing the mixed raw material, and adding proper synthetic resin; introducing the mixed solution into the spinning machine, spun yarn advanced wind cooling, primarily cooling the fiber yarn, cooling and forming by water cooling; drying the cooled and formed fiber yarn by a hot air fan; rolling the winding fiber silk using the material collecting roll. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene terylene functional fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method improves whole strength of the fiber; has wider application range; and greatly improved whole production processing efficiency.
