DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide involves mixing concentrated sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid in a mass ratio of (5:1)-(15:1) to prepare a mixed acid and pre-cooling it to keep its temperature at 0-10 degrees C, taking a certain amount of mixed acid and placing it in a jacketed reaction kettle, adding natural flake graphite powder with a mesh number of 100-5000 meshes according to the mass ratio under an ice-water bath, dispersing thoroughly and adding potassium permanganate, stirring and reacting for 0.5-5 hours, where the mass ratio of graphite powder, mixed acid and potassium permanganate is 1:(40-70):(3-5), switching the water in the jacket of the reactor to warm water at 20-60 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 1-5 hours to prepare a slurry, adding a certain amount of deionized water at 10-75 degrees C in another reactor and passing cooling water into the jacket of the reactor, under mechanical stirring, adding the medium temperature reaction slurry to make the mixture, raising the temperature quickly, maintaining the mixture at 85-99 degrees C by controlling the temperature of the water bath in the jacket and the feeding speed, then adding a certain amount of hydrogen peroxide under stirring to remove the residual potassium permanganate, and stirring for 0.5-1 hour to obtain a bright yellow solution, where the mass ratio of graphite powder, deionized water, and hydrogen peroxide is 1:(30-80):(5-10), separating the solution prepared with a centrifuge at 8000-15000 rpm for 0.5-3 hours to obtain a precipitate, adding a certain amount of deionized water to the precipitate, after fully stirring and dispersing, passing the obtained material into a homogenizer, and performing uninterrupted cyclic stripping at 80-150 MPa, 2-4 times, separating the materials with a centrifuge at 8000-15000 rpm for 0.5-1 hour, washing the solids obtained with hydrochloric acid and deionized water each time, separating the liquid from the solids washed with a centrifuge at 8000-15000 rpm for 0.5-1 hour.
