NOVELTY - The preparation method of high-conductivity graphene flexible composite film involves (1) solvent shearing the graphene powder, stripping, thermally expanding, and high temperature heat-treating to improve conductivity, (2) mixing the processed graphene powder, elastic polymer particles and solvent to obtain a mixture, adding thixotropic agent and viscosity regulator, and controlling the dynamic viscosity of 6000-8000 mPa.second, and (3) film-forming the mixture. USE - Preparation method of high-conductivity graphene flexible composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene flexible composite film with high conductivity.
