NOVELTY - Heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating comprises 42-55 pts. wt. component A, 33-41 pts. wt. component B, and 12-18 pts. wt. component C, where the A component includes epoxy resin, anti-corrosion resin, anti-rust pigment, quartz powder, formaldehyde and filler, B component includes ceramic powder, graphene, silicon dioxide, curing agent and thixotropic agent, and C component includes phenolic resin, polyurethane, oxalic acid and deionized water. USE - Heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating for nuclear industry. ADVANTAGE - The heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating overcome the problems that the current heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating has poor abrasion resistance and high temperature resistance after curing, and the coating is prone to wear and crack and lose its protective effect when exposed to harsh environments for a long time.
