▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene-containing phenolic resin base composite material is prepared by adding potassium persulfate, phosphorus pentoxide and concentrated sulfuric acid into reaction device, heating, continuously adding natural graphite, reacting, cooling, filtering, and washing; and adding into reaction device with concentrated sulfuric acid, constant stirring, adding potassium permanganate, stirring, successively adding purified water and hydrogen peroxide solution, inversely quantizing, cooling, washing with hydrochloric acid, and drying to obtain yellow graphene oxide. USE - Method for preparing graphene-containing phenolic resin base composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has good mechanical property, heat property and lubricating property. It has bending strength reaching to 50-80 MPa, compression strength reaching to 88-110 MPa, hardness reaching to 100-120 HRL, and friction coefficient reaching to 0.13-0.18. The method is simple and convenient for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-containing phenolic resin base composite material is prepared by: (A) adding potassium persulfate, phosphorus pentoxide and concentrated sulfuric acid under constant stirring into reaction device to obtain clarification solution, heating at 50-90 degrees C, continuously adding natural graphite, reacting for 1-6 hours to obtain black mixture, cooling at room temperature, filtering, and washing to obtain black pre-oxide; (B) adding into reaction device with concentrated sulfuric acid, constant stirring, adding potassium permanganate, stirring to 35-40 degrees C, successively adding purified water and hydrogen peroxide solution, inversely quantizing to obtain bright yellow turbid liquid, cooling, washing with hydrochloric acid, and drying to obtain yellow graphene oxide; (C) microwave peeling to obtain graphene, ultrasonically dispersing into organic solvent for 10-30 minutes to obtain graphene solution, adding linear phenolic aldehyde resin, ultrasonically dispersing, heat stirring to semi-solid, drying, and crushing into fine powder to obtain modified linear phenolic aldehyde resin; and (D) adding fiber enhanced material, lubricant and mold release agent at mass ratio of 10-20:5-10:10-15:0.5-1 to obtain mixture material, soaking into organic solvent, mixing into semi-solid state, filling into mold, heating, and hot compression molding. The ratio of potassium persulfate, phosphorus pentoxide concentrated sulfate and natural graphite is 0.05-1.0:0.05-1.0:1-5:1. The mass ratio of black pre-oxide, potassium permanganate, concentrated sulfuric acid, purified water, hydrogen peroxide solution and hydrochloric acid is 1:1-6:20-90:50-200:0.5-2.0:100-250. The mass ratio of graphite and linear phenolic aldehyde resin is 0.5-2.5:100.
