▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing carbon-coated graphene-ferric oxide composite electrode material, comprises (i) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in solvent, adding iron precursor and shape regulator, stirring and mixing, performing solvent heat treatment, filtering, washing and freeze-drying to obtain graphene/ferric oxide composite material, and (ii) mixing graphene/ferric oxide composite material obtained in step (i) with carbon source in an aqueous solution, freeze-drying and annealing at high temperature in an inert gas to obtain final product. USE - The carbon-coated graphene-ferric oxide composite electrode material is useful in preparing lithium-ion capacitor cathode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes easily available raw materials; is simple; does not utilizes strong acid and alkali; has small environmental pollution; can be produced in batch; and prepares lithium-ion capacitor cathode, which has high specific capacity, excellent rate performance and excellent cycle stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) Carbon-coated graphene-ferric oxide composite electrode material obtained by above method; and (2) Lithium-ion capacitor cathode comprising carbon-coated graphene-ferric oxide composite electrode material, where the lithium-ion capacitor cathode prepared by preparing carbon-coated graphene-ferric oxide composite electrode material, conductive carbon black and polyvinylidene fluoride into slurry based on the mass ratio of 7-8:1-2:1-2, coating the slurry on the copper foil, drying at 50degrees Celsius for 0-6 hours, then heating at 70degrees Celsius and further drying for 12-18 hours to prepare product.
