▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified polyvinylidene chloride coating film comprises a base film, a functional bottom coating and a polyvinylidene chloride coating layer sequentially, where the base film includes polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, ny and/or complex film, the polyvinylidene chloride coating layer is a coating formed by polyvinylidene chloride coating, the functional bottom coating is coating formed by high oxygen barrier coating, the high oxygen barrier coating comprises 30-65 wt.% hard monomer acrylic ester, 5-20 wt.% acrylic ester monomer, 0.2-1.5 wt.% front cross-linking monomer, and 5-25 wt.% post-crosslinking monomer. USE - Modified polyvinylidene chloride coating film is used for plastic package. Uses include but are not limited to polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyamide and polyethylene terephthalate. ADVANTAGE - The modified polyvinylidene chloride coating film forms a complete and compact coating, and has improved barrier capability to oxygen and water vapor, and improved brittleness of the crystalline polyvinylidene chloride. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified polyvinylidene chloride coating film comprising (i) preparing high oxygen barrier coating, (ii) using the coating method of micro-reverse coating, the high oxygen barrier coating is evenly coated on the base film, (iii) drying the base film coated with the high oxygen barrier coating to form a base film and a functional primer coating complex film, (iv) applying the polyvinylidene chloride coating on one side of the functional primer layer of the base film and the functional primer layer complex film, and drying it again, and (vi) curing the film.
