▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electrostatic driven double-layer solid-state refrigeration device comprises an upper end double-layer polymer stack symmetrically arranged with a lower end double-layer polymer stack placed on a middle heat transfer layer. An upper and lower layer graphene coating electrode for device electrically insulated with a heat source and a radiator. A PET dielectric layer is arranged with a graphene electrode arranged on an upper end of a PDMS frame. The PET dielectric layer is arranged with the graphene electrode arranged at a bottom part of an uppermost insulating polyimide tape. The double-layer polymer stacking layer is doped with dioctyl phthalate (DOP). USE - Used as electrostatic driven double-layer solid-state refrigeration device based on electric card effect. ADVANTAGE - The device: improves the refrigeration capacity of the electrostatic drive based on the electrical card effect refrigerator by modifying the electrical card material and making a two-layer structure, and provides a solution for the cooling of microelectronic devices.
