NOVELTY - Preparation of two dimensional molybdenum disulfide and three dimensional graphene composite material comprises pressing 8-16 mm foam metal in 0.2-0.5 mm sheet, removing oil stain and metal oxide layer, using carbon source gas as gaseous reactant, performing chemical vapor deposition on foamed metal foil, placing in tube furnace, annealing, soaking two dimensional graphene, two dimensional metal molybdenum disulfide and metal foam in 0.8-1.2 M ferric chloride solution and 1.5-2.5 M hydrochloric acid solution, rinsing with deionized water, soaking and removing foam metal part. USE - Method of preparing two dimensional molybdenum disulfide and three dimensional graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and improves lattice integrity, stability, capacity and cycle efficiency.
