NOVELTY - A high dispersion and high corrosion resistant graphene coating material is prepared by using focused ion beam particles to sputter etched silicon carbide ceramic to gallium ion as ion source, controlling ion beam stream size, forming inverted trapezoid onto silicon carbide surface pits, obtaining high aperture ratio of silicon carbide carrier, placing onto quartz plate, covering with zinc powder layer, spreading with graphite powder, putting into quartz boat, pumping nitrogen and oxygen gases, sintering, annealing, stopping inletting of nitrogen and oxygen gases, introducing methane gas. USE - Method for preparing high dispersion and high corrosion resistant graphene coating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has good dispersibility, strong binding, high load rate, and improved acid and alkali corrosion resistance. The method is simple, convenient and low-cost.
