▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Membrane electrode assembly comprises a proton exchange membrane and a cathode catalyst layer and an anode catalyst layer located on both sides of proton exchange membrane. The cathode catalyst layer is composed of first active component of cathode and second active component of cathode, based on the total mass of cathode catalyst as 100%, the first active component of cathode includes platinum, palladium, ruthenium, nickel, iron, cobalt, molybdenum, silver, rhenium and osmium, the second active component of cathode is an oxide of platinum, palladium, ruthenium, iridium, silver, gold, manganese, cobalt, nickel, iron, molybdenum, silver, rhenium, osmium or copper. The anode catalyst layer includes an anode first active component and an anode second active component, the first active component of anode is an oxide of iridium, rhodium, ruthenium, platinum, palladium, silver or gold. USE - The membrane electrode assembly is useful for proton exchange membrane water electrolysis (PEMWE) in electrochemical technical field for electrochemical reaction and multi-phase material transmission. ADVANTAGE - The assembly: increases dispersion and stability of first active component of cathode and first active component of anode, which prevents migration, agglomeration and loss of first active component of cathode and first active component of anode, greatly reduces amount of precious metals used; eliminates or slow-downs under-potential deposition of metal cations and gas cross-penetration, especially damage to membrane electrode under high-pressure and high-temperature operating conditions, and improves purity of product gas.
