NOVELTY - Preparing lithium ion battery anode lithium supplement additive comprises (i) adding cobalt salt into the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, stirring and dissolving to obtain suspension, (ii) dripping the urea aqueous solution into the suspension of the step (i), stirring, transferring the obtained solution to the hydrothermal kettle for hydrothermal reaction, (iii) centrifuging the hydrothermal reaction product in the step (ii), drying, and calcining to obtain the compound of graphene and nano cobalt oxide, reducing graphene oxide (rGO) cobalt oxide compound, and (iv) mixing the rGO cobalt oxide compound with the stabilized lithium metal powder under the inert atmosphere, and sintering to obtain the pre-lithiation reagent rGO cobalt/lithium oxide compound. USE - The method is useful for preparing lithium ion battery anode lithium supplement additive. ADVANTAGE - The method: has improved conductivity, higher theoretical capacity, and excellent lithium-replenishing performance; and makes up the loss of irreversible lithium ion caused by solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) film formation in the process of charging and discharging for the first time.
