NOVELTY - A thermal insulation coating comprises 5-10 pts. wt. light calcium carbonate, 8-15 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. polyvinyl acetate, 3-6 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 2-7 pts. wt. alkyd resin, 2-4 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.8-2 pts. wt. fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 3-5 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 10-20 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol, 2-6 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 10-20 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, and 8-15 pts. wt. water. USE - Thermal insulation coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent heat insulation effect moisture resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of thermal insulation coating, which involves (1) adding light calcium carbonate, polyvinyl acetate, phenolic resin and alkyd resin into anhydrous ethanol, stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed solution (I), (2) adding sodium tripolyphosphate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose to water, heating, and stirring for 15-20 minutes to obtain mixed solution (II), (3) adding modified graphene to the mixed solution (I), adding ethyl acetate, heating and refluxing under stirring state for 5-10 minutes to obtain mixed solution (III), and (4) adding the mixed solution (II) and silicon dioxide to the mixed solution (III), uniformly mixing, and grinding.
