▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Conducting additive of lithium ion battery comprises a graphene, which is a black powder with diameter of 10 nm to 100 mu m and carbon material made of graphene sheet. The graphene sheet is in parallel from monolayer-1000 layers or approximately in parallel. The specific surface area is 50-1500 m2/g and the conductivity is 1x 104 to 9x 104 Siemens/m. USE - The conducting additive is useful in electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The conducting additive has higher conductivity, improves the property of the current battery, and can be easily scattered and recycled. The additive preparation method utilizes easily available raw material and simple device, can be controlled in an easy manner, and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the conducting additive of lithium ion battery, comprising: (i) cooling strong acidic solution to 0-4 degrees , where mixture of natural crystalline graphite powder whose carbon content is more then 94%, adding potassium nitrate and/or sodium nitrate, and stirring at 60-3000 revolutions/minute, then adding strong oxidizer potassium permanganate, stirring continuously for 0.5-12 hours by controlling the mixture at 32-28 degrees C, adding deionized water which is 0.5-4 times of the used strong acidic solution in volume, making the volume of the mixture system to increase by 1-2 times so that the mixture system is controlled at 85-100 degrees C and is continuously stirring for 15 minutes to 2 hours, then adding hydrogen dioxide solution and stirring to mix uniformly, filtering and washing until the filtered liquid contains no sulfate ion, and maintaining the filtered liquid under an air or vacuum condition for 2-96 hours to obtain graphite oxide powder, where mass ratio of graphite powder, strong acidic solution, nitrate, strong oxidizer and hydrogen peroxide is 1:10-50:0.5-2:30-60:1-5; (ii) de-aerating graphite oxide powder using nitrogen, helium or argon, and under the condition that the vacuum degree is lower than the air, then heating at 200-1000 degrees C at a speed of 5-100 degrees C/minute for 5 minutes to 24 hours, cooling to room temperature to obtain the peeling graphite oxide powder or scattering the graphite oxide powder with deionized water, or alcohol with the mass ratio of 1:2-20 and performing ultrasound oscillation for 5 minutes to 5 hours under the condition that the frequency of ultrasound wave is 20-35 kHz, the power density is 30-650 W/cm2 and the temperature is 4-50 degrees C to obtain peeling graphene oxide solution, or scattering the graphite oxide powder with deionized water or alcohol with the mass ratio of 1:2-20 and stirring for 10 minutes to 5 hours at a rotating speed of 1000-8000 revolutions/minute to obtain peeling graphene oxide solution; and (iii) adding peeled graphene oxide powder or peeled graphene oxide solution to the liquid reducing agent solution with mass ratio of 1:0.5-10, then placing the solution in water bath at 0-70 degrees C for 0.5-24 hours, filtering, washing and maintaining at 50-120 degrees C for 2-96 hours under air or vacuum condition to obtain conducting additive of lithium ion battery, or adding peeled graphene oxide powder, which is de-aerated using nitrogen, helium or argon, under the condition that the vacuum degree is lower than the air, heating at 200-1000 degrees C at a speed of 5-100 degrees C/minute, where flow is 10 ml/minute to 10 l/minute, maintaining for 5 minutes to 24 hours and then cooling to room temperature to obtain the conducting additive of lithium ion battery.
