NOVELTY - Anti-corrosion and radiating integrated coating of aqueous graphene/epoxy zinc-rich dispersion system comprises 10-20 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy zinc-rich resin, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. hydrophilic graphene, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. hydrophilic kaolin, 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. gas phase silicon dioxide, 7.2-12.5 pts. wt. water, 1-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. leveling agent and 1-5 pts. wt. double-component aqueous epoxy zinc-rich curing agent. USE - The anti-corrosion and radiating integrated coating of aqueous graphene/epoxy zinc-rich dispersion system is used in metal anticorrosion product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has good corrosion resistance, solves anti-corrosion problem of the metal material, has environmentally friendly raw material, and has volatile organic compound (VOC) of less than the discharge amount. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-corrosion and radiating integrated coating of aqueous graphene/epoxy zinc-rich dispersion system, comprising mixing hydrophilic graphene, hydrophilic kaolin, water and aqueous epoxy zinc-rich resin to obtain doped resin, mixing the doped resin with gas phase silicon dioxide, antifoaming agent, leveling agent and double-component aqueous epoxy zinc-rich curing agent to obtain anti-corrosion and radiating integrated coating of aqueous graphene/epoxy zincrich dispersion system.
