NOVELTY - Graphene film preparation involves ultrasonically mixing 1 pts. wt. graphene and 5-150 pts. wt. solvent to obtain graphene solution, and extruding the graphene solution with speed of 10-1000 mL per hour, and then coagulating liquid containing complex ions. The product is solidified, and then pressed to obtain graphene film. The graphene film is processed with a liquid, and the treated with reducing agent. The solvent is water, methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, N-methylpyrrolidone, acetone, dimethylsulfoxide, pyridine, dioxane, N,N-dimethylformamide, N,N-dimethylacetamide or tetrahydrofuran. USE - Method for preparing graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene film in a simple, eco-friendly and cost-effective manner.
