NOVELTY - Fiber-based pressure-temperature double-mode electronic skin comprises a pressure sensing part and a temperature sensing part. The pressure sensing part comprises a piezoelectric nano fiber film and a flexible conductive fabric electrode arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of the piezoelectric nano fiber film. The temperature sensing part comprises a carbon nano fiber film with temperature sensing and a flexible conductive fabric electrode respectively set on the left and right ends of the upper surface of the carbon nano fiber film. USE - Used as fiber-based pressure-temperature double-mode electronic skin. ADVANTAGE - The skin can work simultaneously to respond to external stimuli; can respond to temperature or pressure independently and each module does not affect each other. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing fiber-based pressure-temperature dual-mode electronic skin comprising (a) dispersing the inorganic nano-filler in the organic solvent by ultrasonic, obtaining the first dispersion liquid, adding the polymer raw material into the first dispersion, stirring to form the first spinning solution containing inorganic nano-particles and polymer, adding the first spinning solution into the injector in the electrostatic spinning device, setting process parameters for electrostatic spinning to obtain the piezoelectric nano fiber film, (b) dissolving the precursor polymer material of the carbon nano fiber in the solvent, stirring to obtain the uniform second spinning solution, preparing precursor carbon nano fiber film by electrostatic spinning, preparing the precursor carbon nano fiber film by the heat treatment to obtain the nano fiber film with the temperature sensing property, (c) cutting the piezoelectric nano fiber film and clamping in the two layers of flexible fabric electrode to compound, forming a sandwich structure, obtaining the pressure sensing part, adhering transparent packaging material on the top flexible conductive fabric as an insulating layer, cutting the carbon nano fiber film, adhering the flexible conductive fabric strip at the left and right ends and transferring to the transparent packaging material, forming a temperature sensing part, arranging the temperature sensing part in array under the pressure sensing part, packaging the bottom part and the top part of the whole device by transparent packaging material to obtain the fiber-based pressure-temperature double-mode electronic skin.
